I have submitted all documents but the bank account verification is still kept under review. Pan, mobile number and email are verified.
Due to bank account not being verified, i am not able to withdraw winnings.
If there is an issue let me know so I can give details or else verify and let me withdraw winnings.

        Today suddenly dream11 suspended my account.i request to solve this.they told give 89 rup to restart account.i ask-- I didn't saw any error my account is going to suspend.what is the reason..& contact no of customer care support team .they don't give a satisfying anwer.they people are not using proper way of panality/ suspended & mails Anwer also.
        Before suspended my account have 200 above money but they don't refund.

              They are deducting 15 rupees everytime for head to head contest if both the users has same team. Reason they are giving as fairplay violation. This has happened 3 times to me in a week. They are not sharing the information how did i played unfairly. This is rediculus behaviour.

                Yesterday (Oct 6) i entered 4 teams for a contest (Mi vs rr). My best team logged 639.5 points. The worst 476.5. But for deciding my position and winnings the points scored by my worst team has been considered. Why is this so?

                          Cash bonus has not been added to my dream 11 account

                          I have invited my friend to play dream 11through my refferal code. he has enter refferal code and has joined many cash contest but my dream 11 Account is not yet credited by bonus amount even if amount is showing in “earn through friends” section.
                          Please note that for above process my and my friend's phone number and email I'd have already been verified on dream 11 respectively.

                          I have noticed that there is fair play violation on the Dream11 mobile app wherein a person with the same ID has created 2 Teams for an IPL match which have exactly the same list of players which is not allowed as per the app rules.

                          The further development on this is that both the teams have come 1st in the rankings and have won the jackpot prize.

                          Now whether this is a backend error or being done knowingly is what needs to be known.

                          I have documentary evidence of the same and it would nice to hand this over to the authorities and the media and let them deal with this.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I'm one of the many playing this game, however I thought its very fair game. Today I thought of validating the fairness in this game. I observed frequent fluctuations in the Captain % and VC % which shouldn't happen. Change in C% and VC % means a lot it will impact the winners immensely. I suspect manipulation in Captain and VC according to the scores by the dream11 which I can prove you with screenshots and it's a huge fraud and cannot be tolerated. It's a breach of trust of the consumers who play this game. They have their own teams and these teams are managed by their technical teams manipulating the game according to scores. Ultimately genuine players will loose with this manipulation. Dream11 is earning huge money through this fraud activities. Please take appropriate action on this.

                                I was playing dream 11 with my friends and we were having fun by making private contests against each other.I have won several times with my friends and i have also lost several times with them and there is nothing as fairplay violation.Then what is the need of cancelling my winning amount.It was a huge amount for me.Then how could i continue my game in dream 11.I am playing for last four years in dream 11 and there is no need for me to win as violation.So kindy return my winning amount back.
