I was participated in a fantasy cricket contest held by the above company for icc women’s twenty 20 qualifier women match between scotland and namibia held on thursday, september 05, 2019. During contest i was seen that rachel howkins match performance point are assigning in rachel scholes account.

Company told that both player are same. But this was not mentioned by company earlier before announcing the contest. Further i was not taken rachel hawkins in my team as it was not shown in player selection list of my contest. Rachel scholes name was not shown on other websites who was also show this match information so i was also not include her in my team. Company was not shown playing 11 list of both side before starting the match as done by him in most of the contest. So playing of rachel scholes is suspected, i was get info that rachel scholes name is also not in playing 11. Because of this issue my point reduced. I was finished on 7th place in in place of second rank in my contest.

How its possible that both player are same, if a player has two name then company needed to show both name in selection list or mentioned it before announcing the contest & collecting joining fee for contest.

Kindly instruct company provide me my second position wining amount or contest joining fee refund or second chance to participate in same type contest in my choice match with previously deposited joining fee, as deemed fit in my case.

I withdraw 400rs cash cash on 13 sept 2019 on morning around 8 am. After that, i got a mail from dream 11 fantasy, in thst mail they say your withdrawal request is in process. But after three days also it's showing withdrawal requested, in dream 11 app. When amount will credited in to my account. How much days it requires. Please can u resolve this.

Sir I won 300 rupees in a contest of 4 members with entry fee of 89. And when I tried to withdraw 250 of the winning amount first it displayed withdraw initiated and next day it displayed withdraw cancelled and 300 deducted as Fair palyu violation. Plz help me get my money. I tried to contact them but they are not replying. They have a portal called need help where it says dream 11 support is online but they are not responding to my complaint.

In prize break up please provide little bit lower prices for 1st to 10th rank, say (In 1 crore contest with 369000 spots with 33 rupers l, for 1st rank instead of giving 5lakh give 1 lakh and distribute it to lowe's rank say from rank 50000 upto 2 lakh instead of providing 33 rupees back please provide 40 rupees) then more people will play and get satisfied.

So will all the winnings from my account will be taken every single time? Could you narrate the charges i am facing for the particular violation? I don't intend to play anymore if there is possibility of my earnings taken from me every time. Is the ₹226 that have been taken out is the maximum punishment? I would like to know all the information regarding this accusation before playing anymore.

Day Before Yesterday (07/09/2019), I withdrew my winning amount of ₹200 and it said that I would receive in on or before 13/09/2019 with transaction ID:UW2019090722330539568487.Yesterday I reached level 60 for which I was entitled to receive cash bonus of ₹35 but suddenly I'm in level 66 and I didn't receive any bonus.Today my former withdrawal was cancelled and additional ₹26.24 was taken from my account under Fairplay Violation under the transaction ID:WW[protected].I didn't violate any terms of Fairplay and I am playing under the terms.It has ruptured my belief on this app and I want my money back.

I am playing dream 11 from 1 month when my amount reaches above 200 then i requested for the withdrawal of my money.
After verifying bank account and pan card i want to withdrawal my money on 22th august, 2019 and they give me time 29th august. But today is 6th september till i didn't get the withdrawal money.
What can i do?

Hey this is shanakkian. Already i told to you iam so tired of this complaints. Today my amount was debited 300 but it can’t be credited in dream11 account it’s my biggest problem but no one response me. My refund amount 300 also can’t be credited in my account it took around 1month complicated but no response from your side. What you do? Soon to clear my problem.

I mistakely wrote a wrong email id on dream 11 account. These wrong email id does not verified with account. I want to chamge my invalid email id with new one. Please give me a solution for this problem. I am very thankfull to you. The old email id that i am enter on dream 11 are ivalid i wrote it mistakely. With this email id i does not verified our dream11 account qnd face many problems.

I too appreciate your double standard response in this matter. See the highlighted responses and what do you mean by contact in 48 hours see when first mail is sent.

What is difference if there is 2 matches at same time taking one match photo than video.

In the future, if you come across any such situations, you need to contact us within 48 hours and send us a video clip that displays the error and the match name too. Doing so will help us investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Instance 2 of your double standard response

This is second time i am facing same issue and response when i reported issue for first time person says screen shot and now when screen shot sent and dream 11 says video.. Rather this changing fantasy platform helps..

I understand your disappointment, however, there was no intermittent issue with the app reported during that match.

Hence if this an issue your side specifically, we would require all the necessary screenshots of the issue to reproduce it our side to investigate into it.

Fyi due to this i couldn’t update ind vs wi match and kabaddi matches after lineups.

Kabaddi i have won as there were no many changes and cricket i have lost due to surprises and is this the fairplay in dream11 when app crashes kill and relaunch if so how many time i did more than thrice.

Please process the refund for the money invested in this match and cancel the leagues.

Not logging in and app crashed

While trying t deposit money into my dream 11 account, transaction failed but once 100 and then 50 was deducted from my indian bank a/c. Now 25 days completed but still money has not been refunded to my account. So kindly take some neçessary action to refund my amount. Or else i will stop depositing money to my indian bank savings account. If tell my friend not to use dream 11, then dream 11 will lose atleast 100 regular customers.

In dream 11 some members are asking money and saying they can hack the team and they are taking lakhs of money and cheating lots of people and i have some of the proofs and payment details and mobile number of the guy who is making frauds and taking money so if this will be not stoped immediately there will be lots of people will be on roads by trusting this.

This is so unfair.. It was match between australia and england test match on 22nd august 2019.. And there was a delay because of rain but soon after the toss happened only 50 seconds was given to change the team for lineups.

Also i don't like one thing on dream 11 is that there are some contests which doesn't show on my app while my friends play on that contests. Like one contest is there of 15 rs which doesn't show on my app even after updating the app. It's kind of wierd thing.

Also i was having a bonus amount which i used to play the contest.. But when the match gets abondened my bonus amount did not got refunded to me which is not fair. And that happened in 4 to 5 matches.
This is losing my interest to play.. While this is the app which i like the most from other apps available. This is not a fairplay game if such happens

I hope my money and bonus amount gets refunded for my contests and i also get the contests to play which doesn't shows on my app but it's there on my friends app

In india vs west indies mate on 22.08.2019, dream11 didn't announced line ups up to last 5 minutes. Where as the standard of dream11 is to give 30 minutes after toss to finalize team. Due to the short time provided by dream11, i could not finalize my team & lost my contest joining money. Even when the match started, dream11 was showing some error in opening also.
I request to provide my money back as i lost it due to non timely operating of dream11

I can't edit my team due to dream11 server error during last 15mins of deadline for ind vs wi 1st test match. So please refund all money to their respective players and abandon all the contests for this match after extending deadline to 7.15 pm ist.
This problem may faced by many people. So, refund all our money and stop the ongoing match contests

I have won the 750 rupees on 4th august and do the withdrawal request. I got the withdrawal request mail and bank alert mail from their end but its over a 15 days that the amount still not credited to my account. I wrote lots of mail to dream11 customer mail id but i didn't get any response from their end. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am using dream 11 app from past few months if i try to add money n wallet it’s adding successfully
But when try to withdraw the amount they have asking to verify my pan and bank account details, pan account was successfully verified no issue in that but when i try to verify my bank account always they saying details are not visible in the proof what i submit, but i submitted very crystal clear image files it’s happen several time
I think it seems dream11 people don’t want to me to withdraw the amount from wallet

Dear team, please note that, in the barcelona vs athletic club match, athletic club has won, but still players who took sergio roberto got additional 5 points for clean sheet. That made a huge change in the points.. Please rectify before crediting the accounts.. According to my league, i was suppose to win 400, but i got only 150.

I tried to credit my dream 11 account from my bank account. After doing the payment i didn't get cash on my dream 11 account.
After doing complaint they said it will be refunded between 8-21days. But after these days also i didn't get my refund in my bank account it's been over 25 days when i added the money i can show my account has been deducted by money but didn't get the refund
