Sir i was received 274 on 3 of may. When i made it for withdraw on 1 of may they was showing 00 and remaining 274 was cut due fair play violation. Sir i made a league and earned those money by challeging my friends. Hw is it fairplay violation?, can u pls give me answer and how can i get money back to my account. I credited my money from my bank account sir can u pls give me answer how can i get it.

I created team csk vs dc. I picked sandeep lamichhane to bowler list before 10 min. He is shown playing that's why got the player and match starts the is not playing to squad. I lost my bowler at the end and also loss 2 points. I am playing 25lakhs game enrty 199.
Can i get any refund for that.
I love dream 11 but dis is very disappointed me.
I lost that 10k for that issue

On 28th April when I opened my Dream11 application It was saying that my session was expired and I need to re-login. So, when I tried to re-login on the top of my mobile screen says "You are suspended from Dream11 for further information go to Dream11.com/help". I filled up a help form stating the suspension of my account but never gotten any reply from them.Their system generated mail says customer service usually reply within two working days. But it is past two working days with no reply from them.

My Dream11 account was verified so there is no reason for them to suspend my account.
