I have deposited dream11 account using my netbanking account, but it was not deposited by showing error message as 'internal server error' and money got debited from my bank account. But it was not deposited to my dream11 account. Till now i have not received any mail or message about refund yet from dream11, my user name is sheroes fighters in dream11 my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and i ve attached a transaction numbers of debited amount for rupees 49/- and rupees 5750/-.. On 28 april 2019 please kindly refund my amount as soom as possible
Please review the complaint and help me to get back my money...

        Please note that I had won 350/- in the yesterday's match of DC vs RCB but the amount is still not reflecting in my Winnings. The mail for the same came yesterday itself for the same on my mail ID [protected]@gmail.com. please let me know how to claim my winnings amount of RS.350)- immediately to my winnings in Dream11 ID. Is this possible to commit such blunder by the Dream11 Team. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

          On 28th april 19 a wrong team list of mi vs kkr was uploaded.. It is shown in the dream 11 app that robin uthappa and sandeep warrier of kkr were not playing in the kkr playing 11 team. But both the players were included in playing 11. I have taken the screen shot also for proof. I want compensation against loss of money, betrayal, and loss of time.

          I have been shown fake starting X1 players who are not playing the match within the last 15 mins.

          This is a clear manipulation of the match. I would like to complaint with all the association who are with the regulatory body governing dream 11.

            According to which indian law, dream 11 is allowed to take money from indian citizens without verification but it needs to verify while making payments. My account details are pending for a while. However I was not asked a single question while dream11 has been taking money from me constantly for past one year. So far everything is verified but acvount details are still pending.

                I have selected 11 players in a cricket team. But when u went to see player points it is showing more than 11 players. And when I went through my points it is showing wrong count in my points. I have attached 3 screen shots which shows more than 11 players. It's completely faking the count of points also when I count the point according to team selected it's not matching with it. Some leagl action to be taken on it

                  I have selected 11 members team in cricket. But it's showing more than 11 players and not showing points correctly in my account. It should show more points in my account but showing very less points. There is no proper count of points. Its faking the points. There should be some legal action on this.                         Dream 11 has come up with the feature that says other teams can be downloaded any time after the dead line so that we get the assurance of fair play.
                        When i tried to download the teams, system pops out message "our system may take up to 20min after deadline to generate the pdf file" (To download the teams)
                        How do we get the assurance that in this 20 min no manipulation takes place internally. More over the crux of the match lies mostly in the first 20 min.

                        20 min is too long to convert a file to pdf format.
                        Considering the above points i would say that dream 11 is fraud and cheating the people.

My points were more than other opponents till the end of 4 th quarter but during your review time my point came down and i lost the match.                                   Earlier my friend has used my pancard for dream 11 verification and now when i opened my dream 11 account and used the same pan they are saying you can't use these pan again so is their any way that i can verify or withdraw my money.                                       I have clicked on the link for email verification provided through an email and its getting navigated to Dream 11 home page but still the email is not showing as verified in the application. Please do the needful.

                                      This is Mrinal, I withdrew rs15000 from dream11 account to bank account.
                                      After 5 days not its showing that the withdrawal is failed.
                                      But my rs15000 have not added back to my dream11 account. Why??

                                        I have uploaded my pan card details for about 3-4 times but it didn't get verified... I am trying to do it for past 20 days and it isn't working... I have put the pan card pictures properly and submitted the details accordingly but still it is not working and my account is not getting verified.. I am unable to withdraw my winnings from my account.. Kindly look into this matter
