Hi.. I think dream 11 is a cheating format as today i notice something, i e after the match was over between rcb and csk.. After the match when the points and ranks refreshed i took an screenshot and with some seconds it changed again.. And my rank went so low as i couldn't believe myself... I have both the screenshots. And now i am deleting the app as its just waste of money and time instead will give it to some beggar...

I’m giving example of ipl cricket that is my experience.in the game app we select 11 players and app gives rank according to selected players performance. We have to select players before the game starts as not editing of players can be done during the game. But it is my observation that dream11 also makes lots of team in the game which decrease the possibility o[censored]sers to win the game who put the amount or give entry fee to play the game.
It is very unfair the dream11 also makes their own team which allow dream11 to create lots of team which is unfair. Game should be played only users. And also i have doubt that during the game dream11 tech team can change players or make more team to keep maximum money with them.
They are robbing people and approval authority is not taking action on them. They allow only few people to win the game so that people cannot doubt on them and they keep making money.

Please look into this on priority.

I want solid proof from Dream11 saying that they don’t make their own team.
If I provide the period, would you shut of Dream11??
I have mine friend working in Dream11 IT and came to know that you make lots of team which decrease down the chance to win of public.there is very less percentage of win it.
I’m going to file case against Dream11 and RTI.

Hello, app doesn't allow one to upload a bank statement in pdf formats. I contacted dream 11 support team, they said and still saying one can upload a pdf document. When i tried uploading a pdf the app just crashes. Customer support is still persistent that one can upload a pdf. One of them even suggested to try to upload it on their website even though it is not possible on the website. They are not providing any solution to my problem and thus blocking me from withdrawing.

Customer support is bunch of people who doesn't know anything about their own app.

Hello on 17/4/2019 i joined a contest in england one day cup between lancs vs worcs. I select d mitchell but later i saw that he is not playing the match as i seen in dream11 app and due to this i changed the player but after the match started i saw that he is playing
Due to this i lost 2 contest this is unfair and i need my money back in my respected dream11 account
Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible

I am trying to update my pan card to withdraw my amount but it saying your card is connected to other account. Even after sending mail to their customer support i am not getting any response. I have only 1 dream 11 account and no where else i have updated my pan. I have raised concern to dream 11 support almost 2 weeks back but still not resolved. I am not sure why this problem is happening how can someone (If added my pan) as my mobile number and email id is verified plus i have aadhar card linked to my bank account, i should get option to add alternates as this unnecessary bug in app or dream 11 database is not allowing me to withdraw money. Dear dream 11 team i can say dream 11 is really genuine but because o[censored]nawareness we refer to frnds and we get bonus and we play with that money and with them.. ok i agree and now we wont play with our reffered friends but yestrday i withdrawn 9800 rs but it returned today at 6 pm saying fairplay violation debited 180rs... im not going to refer for few days and watever plss wen i withdraw next time that 9800 amount plss credit to my account.. u can call me at [protected] or respond at [protected]@gmail.com
