It's to mention with pains that I have successfully completed verification of my phone number [protected] and email id-- [protected]@gmail.com.But I have been trying to get verified my pan card for last 6 days.After filling all mandatory information alongwith pan card photo the response is " something went wrong, kindly try later"

This is very ridiculous...happening every time ..not acceptable. You should be professional with the application. money is always getting deducted and not reflected in the App. We are spending here our money and your app does not behave as per the scenario. This time I was Adding money i.e Rs 6000 and it got deducted from my bank but your gateway system is not handling the application properly. This is happening many times. Now i think we I should use other application to play. I want my Rs. 6000 back within 15 mins otherwise now I will take a serious action against Dream11.

On 13th Apr I joined 1 cash contest for the match between KIIP vs RCB with entry fees of Rs. 33. Money got deduct from my bank account but I couldn't see the joined contest. I got email confirmation as well for joining the contest. I have paid money using BHIM UPI. I have enclosed picture of the same. I have also attached copy of Invoice which I received on my email.

Today a short while ago, i tried to add rs 1547 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest of rs 1547 but after entering my otp, my hdfc account instantly got deducted by rs 1547 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs1547 as these are already deducted from my bank account.

If at all i have made any violations why dint they notify me earlier and at the time of retrieving my winnings they are playing such cheap tricks.

Dream11's risk team is claiming that i have created multiple accounts for cash bonus. Due to this my request of my winnings of rs200 has been captured by them. If at all i have made any violations why dint they notify me earlier and at the time of retrieving my winnings they are playing such cheap tricks.
My suspect is that i have changed my mobile from google nexus to samsung j7, while copying all my data from former to new mobile i copied dream11 details as well, my be they have mistaken this for a duplicate account.
If at all they are fair enough or prompt they should have blocked my account if i have deviations from their standards, but this dream11 team is just working for money and playing cheap tricks to capture money from innocent people.
I want my winnings back from the team!

A player is not allowed to change his name as per your fair play policies. But you have allowed one such player to chnage name? Is this what you call *fair play*. This is absolute crap. I have requested multiple times to change one word in my team name but you guys haven't me allowing me to do so. Your policy must not be lenient to one person. Please fix this.

I won total of ₹300 by joining the public league which are big leagues and some are head to head contest. When i tried to transfer my amount to my bank i get a message that i have violated the fairyplay. How can you say i have violated the fairyplay when i have joined the public league. I have only one account to my name and have not transferred my referral earning to anyone. How is it that you are saying that i have violated the fairyplay.

I was doing 2000 transaction on dream11 bank account got deboted after submitting otp but wallet of dream 11 not credited, i did another transaction from credt card and it was successful but the previous amount debited from bank account was not reversed.

After that wenever i won the match ur wats app account shows that money will be credited to ur a cc ount within 7 days.. But after that it shows transaction is cancelled... Why its not credited...
