On 13th Apr I joined 1 cash contest for the match between KIIP vs RCB with entry fees of Rs. 33. Money got deduct from my bank account but I couldn't see the joined contest. I got email confirmation as well for joining the contest. I have paid money using BHIM UPI. I have enclosed picture of the same. I have also attached copy of Invoice which I received on my email.

Today a short while ago, i tried to add rs 1547 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest of rs 1547 but after entering my otp, my hdfc account instantly got deducted by rs 1547 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs1547 as these are already deducted from my bank account.

I m harsh & my dream 11 team is harsh0592. My complaint is my account is not verified. Due to this i can't withdraw winning amount. So, how can i verified my account. I am trying too many times for verified my account but still not completed.

A player is not allowed to change his name as per your fair play policies. But you have allowed one such player to chnage name? Is this what you call *fair play*. This is absolute crap. I have requested multiple times to change one word in my team name but you guys haven't me allowing me to do so. Your policy must not be lenient to one person. Please fix this....

I tried to join in one contest. Dream 11 takes my amount in my account. But i didn't join in that cantest. I need my money back. Look at the image i attached. I had created two teams. And two transactions in my bank account. But joined contest is 1 only.
And transaction time also too high in your application. It takes more than 10 minutes.

Hi guys... I am a very huge fan o[censored]rs... Guys i have my account in sbi... U credit the money in 1st and 2nd trasaction to my account... After that wenever i won the match ur wats app account shows that money will be credited to ur a cc ount within 7 days.. But after that it shows transaction is cancelled... Why its not credited... Wat the problem... Now i have given my another sbi account no... So kindly revert me as soon as possible......

I have been using Dream11 for the past two years and I had no problem at all. Today my account has been logged out and when I am trying to log in, I am getting the following message:
"This email is already associated with another account."

Today i was playing in a ipl contest, kkr vs csk,
I was playing in 120 entry with 2 spots only,
My nd others team was same with 1 difference only, his wise captain was robin uthappa nd my was andre russell. I was winning the game as russel was my wise captain.
Between the game my 1 player i. E sunil naraine got replaced with dwayne bravo who was not playing the match and i lost the contest.
This is real injustice...

Firstly, the amount of money d11 makes from contests, it spends nothing on customer support. It has crreated a chat bot which never answers any question and its almost impossible to reach out to d11 for queries and complaints. Their haptic bot functionality is full of issues and it never responds to actual queries. One is forced to select a question which makes no sense as we can get answers to all of them through their faq's. Why doesn't...
