Hello, app doesn't allow one to upload a bank statement in pdf formats. I contacted dream 11 support team, they said and still saying one can upload a pdf document. When i tried uploading a pdf the app just crashes. Customer support is still persistent that one can upload a pdf. One of them even suggested to try to upload it on their website even though it is not possible on the website. They are not providing any solution to my problem and thus blocking me from withdrawing.
Customer support is bunch of people who doesn't know anything about their own app.

"One or more of your bank account details, account number, IFSC Code, Name are not visible in your submitted bank document."
Please note that you will have to verify the bank document according to the PAN Card linked to the Dream11 account in order to get your
account verified. I request you to re-submit your verification request with the correct details.

- If you are still not able to submit your verification request through our app, please log in to www.dream11.com on a google chrome
browser and submit your verification request.
In case, you are still facing any issue, please get back to me with the screenshot of the error message that you get while submitting your
request so that we can investigate this further.
