I have not used my pan card for any account on dream 11 but i am still getting error that my pan card is already linked to another account.

I have already raised two issues. Issue no 274664 and 299794. Issue no. 274664 was raised two days back but i have received no response.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that i can withdraw my winnings.

When iam trying to login in my app it is showing "network error".
I have deleted it and installed the new version then also it is not ok
Ihave backup my phone twice but then also it is not working properly.
From atleast15 days iam not able to use my dream11 account due to this problem.
Please sortout my problem fast.

Hi my 1500 rupees debitted from my bank account but not added in dream 11 account. Its almost two days please credit my amount in my bank. My amount deducted on 31st march 2019 afternoon but not added in dream 11 account. So please credit my 1500 rupees in my bank account. I emailed u guys severe times but u guys dont reply at all. Guys if you provide good service i can suggest my friends but i[censored] give poor service i will stop playing with u guys. I am really disappointed. Please transfer my amount immediately and email me when my amount will be credited in my bank account. Please sort out my problem immediately. U can check how many times i emailed u guys but u dont reply. So take it to your higher level and make it fast. I want u guys to email me and update me when my amount will be credited in my bank.

Dream 11 is an online fantasy game. For withdrawing earnings the app asks me to verify my pan. While verifying my pan card details on dream 11 game it shows i have already used this pan card for other account. I havent used it. I had an account earlier which got suspended as i couldnot produce my pan at that time. Please help as i need to withdraw my money from it.

I withdraw rs - 500/- from dream 11 app & after 4-5 days. I received a mail from kotak bank alert that"' transaction has been initiated by the client - fiduciary billing solutions". There is no reason given for this issue. This the worst service. And that money not credited in dream11 wallet.
I can't understand this process. When you have to debit from your account to your account it takes 1 minute and when we have to debit from your account it takes 10 days.

I feel that this the fraud from your side.

Added rs 100 in dream 11 fantsy. Narration on account - inb avenues india private lim ref no.[protected]igaftvedu3, in dream 11dated 29.03.2019, my money has been deducted but not recevied in dream 11, or else say that not added. I don't know why this happen, please resolve my problem.

I had withdrawn rupee 200 but they didn't credited the amount in my bank account till 10 days. I also submit a complain in their email address but they didn't reply. So, please have a concern over my complaint. Plus their customer service is too much annoying first of all they don't have a customer care no. For this they have created artificial technology who has limited knowledge.

It's been 3-4 days i've submitted my bank account details. Pan has been verified but the bank account verification is still under process. I've to withdraw my money but i'm not able to. Is it fake or real? If it's real, please get to me on the issue. My player id is vmmklm1de. I expect that the issue gets reduced within a day or else i've ti place another complaint.

Yesterday, i have added ₹600 (Two times 300 and 300) in my dream11 account on 31/04/2019 at 7:51pm. The app shows payment failed after i fill the one time password for online payment. But then i got message of deduction from my bank account. Not only i am getting ₹600 in my dream11 but also my ₹600 gets deducted from my bank account. This is really embarrasing. Its a act against the law. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm not able verify my pan card details as it saying seems you have already used the pan card in another account. It seems like some one has used my pan card number without my concern and is not authorized to use this.

I am dinesh & my dream 11 team is din22esh. I have verified mobile number, email id, pan number. But the column for bank details like bank account number, bank ifsc code facility is inactive, so i cannot submit my bank account details. Due to this, i am unable to withdraw my winning amount. So please help me to submit my bank account details for bank account verification.

Today at 00.00 hrs. Just ended the ipl match mum vs rcb. I have joined the contest of rs.75 (Winners 2500, rank 1 prize amount - 1 lac) on dated 28th mar'19. This is to inform you that just three or four over before the end of the match my rank was 19 with the captain abd and suria kumar as vice captain and also checked no one selected the abd as captain till rank number 18. Abd played (98 point as captain) till end of the match. After the match, my rank was 9 and someone's id: 'barara bravers' (Sample id) got 3rd place as selected the same team, abd as captain but rohit sharma as vice captain with 55 points. My question is when i was in rank 19 'barara bravers' could have been 1-18 because 'barara bravers' selected the same team, same captain and vice captain rohit sharma who got more point than my vice captain suriya kumar (36 points as vice captain). When my rank was 19 not showing the 'barara bravers' in 1-18 rank. Please check the id and tell me from where 'barara bravers' appeared in 3rd place.. Is there any audit happening to check the pre and post team, revoke users?? Anyone can change any team from your end in the mid of the match?? We are investing our valuable time and money to one of the company which recently sponser of ipl. I look forward for your response.. You must have some complaint tab, customer care number or chat option in your dream11 app.

Today i made a team and joined in a contes of ₹10 and afterwards when i was looking for an update of contest, it wasn’t showing in the list. Is this what you do? You take money from everyone and earn like this? I need a solution to this asap. Or else i’m gonna file charges against you for money laundering from innocent people.
