How do i change my email id?
My email address is [protected]@gmail.com
But by mistake at the time of signup i wrote [protected]@gmail.com
So now i am unable to verify my email id in dream11 account. Though my mobile number is verified. Now what should i do to change my this unverified wrongly inputted email id, so that i can withdraw my winnings.

    app it is showing "network error"

    When iam trying to login in my app it is showing "network error".
    I have deleted it and installed the new version then also it is not ok
    Ihave backup my phone twice but then also it is not working properly.
    From atleast15 days iam not able to use my dream11 account due to this problem.
    Please sortout my problem fast.
    Whenever i try to login or open my app it comes with a popup "network error"....

    I had deposited 222 rs in dream11 account on 23 mar 2019 and got 222 rs as cashback as per the offer. But tday all of sudden enitre amount with cashback has gone i cant even see transaction details on thier app.
    There is no mail communication from them on this and nor they are reverting on any mails.
    I want my money back

      I have deposited 1000 rs yesterday at around 4.30 but it is still not reflecting and the same amount has been deducted from my bank account at the same time and now a days after the updation of the app it is happening quiet frequently so please look into it.

        Two days before, i tried to add rs222 to my dream 11account, through my sbi account, instantly got deducted by rs 222 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. I waited for 2 days for the money to be added to dream11 or bank, but no information. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs 222 as these are already deducted from my bank account.

          Hello!
          Today a short while ago, i tried to add rs 62 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest of rs 31 but after entering my otp, my hdfc account instantly got deducted by rs 62 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs 62 as these are already deducted from my bank account

            I paid rs-59 for mi vs dc match. The money was deducted from my account but still didn't join the contest. I have prove. Refund my money. If it was technical defect then try to fixed it. And it's your responsibility to give a secure transaction or otherwise it will be a question on your loyality. Don't be my ex.

              Dream 11 deducted 34 rupees from my account for a contest but it didn’t join in any contest. After that i tried to join another contest which also deducted 6 rupees but still i couldn’t join. I have lost 40 rupees for no use. Please help
              I tried to join mi vs dc contest but it deducted my 34 rupees and failed.in the transaction history it is not reflecting too. After that i tried to join other contest also but failed. I have lost 40 rupees in this process and not reflecting any of it in my wallet of dream11. Can you please send it back to me?

                This type message running on her telegram and he make and generate some fake screen shot to gain subscribers for prime but he is totally fake guys don't trust them...

                we all know customer satisfaction is most important to any company. I joined 2 match contest one of 150rs and second is 19Rs. Amount debited by dream 11 but contest not joined. So please refund my payment i have proof of both transaction if you want then i will provide you.

                    Heloo i am using dream11 app from sometimes. I have added amount of rs 876 yesterday 22 march 2019. Deducted from my bank but not added my dream11 account.                         Whenever I try to select verify to withdraw winnings options the app stops. Why is this happening ? I need the money urgently. Is this cheating ? I am very disappointed with this. We are guaranteed to get withdraw money whenever we want the money. It is happening from yesterday. Please look forward to it and take the necessary steps As soon as possible.

                          I deposited exactly 9999 rs on 21st march @7:43 pm in my dream11 account however no promotional pass has been received as of now.
                          It has been more than 48 hrs since the deposit has been made and as per the norms of the scheme the pass should have been provided by now.
                          However the pass has not been shared.
                          This has been a norm since long & moreover the customer support for dream11 is pathetic.
                          Need immediate solution for this.

                            I accidentally uninstalled my dream11 application.. I installed the application agin. Now when i am trying to login again it says email is associated with other account... How can i now login again..? Please help as i have joined few contest. I have tried to logout from their complaint section but nothing happened at all.. I also cannot make new account because my details are already there

                              Match - sri lanka vs south afrika
                              Prize pool - rs. 50, 00, 000
                              No of winners - 1, 00, 000
                              Entry fee - rs. 33

                              I was joined one contest on dream11 for sri lanka vs south afrika 1st t20 match played on 19th march 2019. My rank was 99873 in that contest. As per contest winning for 99873 rank was rs. 33. But dream11 credited to my account only rs. 8.59.

                              I also wrote email to helpdesk of company but didn't reply.

                                    Generally coupons codes are the things that you receive before a match being started but in my case i receive free entry after the match being started it has happened to me for like six times in a row everyone in my group receives it before me but i am specifically selected one by dream 11 team.
                                    Solve this problem asap and i have uninstalled the app and also downloaded the new version still the problem remains intact.

                                    Today During War vs Dol match cele take 3 wickets but in player stats is mentioned as 2.In the same match Bosch take 0 wickets but in player stats it mentioned as 3.
                                    Due to this I face grastic drop in ranking.please update it as soon as possible.
