In match 26th of #bpl, in second innings 9th wicket was a runout.

According to dream11 fantasy point system if in a runout 3 or more players are involved then all involved players get three points.

So in that runout, imrul kayes fielded the ball and threw towards keeper which in turn threw to bowled who affected the runout. So it was the throw of imrul kayes which resulted into runout. So kayes, keeper, bowler all should get 2 points. But dream11 have not given point to kayes. And now they are giving explaination that the throw was at keepers end and runout happened at bowlers end so kayes was not involved in runout. Which is clearly a wrong statement. The throw of kayes only resulted into runout. He is obviously involved in runout. I am losing 10k due to the same.

I have raised the same concern many times with them but they are not ready to listen to me.

Any person can. Understand this easily.

I was shown an offer, that if i submitted 444 cash i will get 333 cash bonus, so i submitted 444 rs but i never got bonus, i complained on email to them, they stopped responding, they never gave me my bonus as requested.

This is to inform you regarding my dream11 account "network error" in the app.

On 15th jan 2019 i received a message stating, download new version of dream11. Due to my busy schedule i couldn't download the app.

On 16th jan 2019 i downloaded the latest version, but after inserting my details a message pops up 'something went wrong, please try again later'.

I have deleted the old veraion and downloaded the latest one, still the same problem.

Also dream11 is not responding to my e-mails.

You can deactivate my friends accounts those who are misused dream11 but you should not do this to me please add my money give me lasaccounts. Take out my friend accounts who have joined recently but u should not take money from me add my money immediately i was waiting for my money from today onwards

From my winnings i requested 200 for withdraw in 20/1/2019 and accepted then but it is cancelled on 22/1/2019 in the name of fairplay violation. I have only one account in dream11. With one account and with one set of credentials how can i play in dream11 with multiple accounts & how did i violates fairplay.. Refund my winnings money..

I can't login dream 11 pro account since 12 Jan 2019. Whenever I am login always same problem exits. I tried in another phone same pop ups again appears.
My phone is ok ...following same steps as shown in ur dream 11 site.
Many times phone also formatted then also same problem occurs.

I have withdraw my winning amount in my bank account, they mail me that amount will be transfer in account on 16th january, 2019., but they didn't transfer my winning amount in my bank account.

Hello dream11 thanks for your response. As you say me to login from google and select email id which i have registered with dream11 account. I verify my dream11 account by mail ([protected]@gmail.com) from google. I got 40 cash bonus also. But in "dream11 app, there is still showing - verify you email". Now what can i do? Dream 11 displayed an offer on 11 january in their app "deposit exactly rs -5555 and get rs -4444 cash bonus". Noticing that offer i deposited rs - 5555 on that day at around 10: 30 p. M. When the offer was still active and displaying on their app.in spite of depositing the amount i did not get the cash bonus as the offer showed. I feel myself cheated. I sought help from the dream 11 helpdesk but got solution. This is completely unprofessional. Now i would like to get my cash bonus as soon as possible.
