Hii, i am dream 11 user playing dream 11 from long time that too fairly then why you have voilated my account and what sort charges you have deducted that too of 8500, these is not fair at all, i played an league with someone and he or she is voilating your policy than how can you will voilate my account and charge me, i request you to remove all sort of voilations applied and please revert the charges of 8500 into my account.

Your mail says the private contest which i played was with my link but its not my account its account of my family member who has its own identity and own pan card and totally a different account of different person as he is my family member surname is same and he is linked with me as he is my family member. So i request you to please refund my 8500 in my account. I dont think ans break any fair policy from my end i had played gueinuely and fairly. Under the name of fair play u cant do what ever you unless it is really violated.
If a individual open an account in dream 11 he or she has the right how to use his account what type of contest he should play and whom he should play.
It is violated if the same person has multiple account.

Complaint marked as Resolved My self chirag nikam i have a complaint against dream11.com which is a fantasy sport site.
Being an user of dream11.com first i will like to tell u about my complaint which is created by RISK TEAM employee of dream 11.
Dream 11 risk team employees captured rs 8500 from my dream 11 account saying that...
1) I was trying to challange the cash by playing contest with the intention of dumping cash into my account from other account (my brother account). This aligation i proved them wrong by saying if the other account person want to give me the money he can do withdrawal in his bank and given me cash why would we have created contest and do such type of activities simply my brother can give me money by doing withdrawal there was no need for us to pay a service fess which was around 1500 plus to dream 11.
2 ) When dream 11 risk team fails they come up with a new idea saying both the account belongs to me and operated by me and says its a multi account case we cant refund the money. They even says both the account with same pancard and bank account Even though the other account was veried by my brother pan card they suspended my brother after 15 to 20 days because they want to prove that it a multiple account. When my brother ask why his account got suspended they simply says its a multi account related to my account even though verification department of dream does not procssed his request to verify his bank detais but my brother fights with them he cleared his verication of bank details and made a succesful withdrawal also.dream 11 verification team accepted it is not multi account.
But the RISK TEAM of dream 11 is still not activating his account beause if his account get activated their ego will get hurt. By verifying my brother pan and bank i proved that it is not a multi account but both are different account with different pancard and different bank account. RISK tried their best not to verify my brother account but the verification department verified my brother account. And keep the reputation of dream 11.
3) When the risk team of dream 11
Comes to khown their multi account funda is not working they come with a new idea they send the mail saying if you want refund then you have to prove your refferal guiness if your reffereal got verified and prove their genuineness we will refund your money. I did so i told all my refferal to verify their dream 11 account so that i can get my money refund. All my refferals are now verified. Its the time to get my refund.
4)They runaway not in my contact not replying my mail also, when i call their office receptanist is saying this number not for customer support you send mail. But thet are not replying the mail.
Dream11 Fantasy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
