[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — not able to link my pan card

I have not used my pan card for any account on dream 11 but i am still getting error that my pan card is already linked to another account. I have already raised two issues. Issue no 274664 and 299794. Issue no. 274664 was raised two days back but i have received no response. Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that i can withdraw my winnings. I really don't understand how my PAN card can get linked to an email address which I never used to play any matches on Dream 11. The main criteria to link PAN card is the winnings should be minimum 200 rs which is not possible. I request you to please delink my PAN card and link it to my current account which I am using to play Dream 11. The email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Hope you do the needful at the earliest so that I can continue playing dream 11 which has been an enjoyable experience up till now. The PAN card issue has stressed me as I have deposited money to play Dream 11 and if this issue is not resolved I would lose my hard earned money which I have invested.
