Dreamz Infra India — Booking cancelled, cancellation refund yet to get

I had booked flat in dreamz swadhyay, 2015. Cancelled booking in same month.
I haven't got the refund money.
Have been to office almost 10 -15 times, they don't refund the money. Office is closed.
Please let me know the association of victims. Where to join? I want to join the protest.
Please let me know where do i file a police complaint. Had been outside town for a year so could not follow by visiting the office.

All I can say is not to worry, police and CID have nabbed the accused. The investigation will definitely take time and hopefully the money will be back. I myself have invested 12 lakhs. Please go the CID office near Vidhan Sowdha and take all the photo copy of documents and file a complaint.
