I also invested 7.54 lacs. But i am not able to get money from them. Cheque got bounced and also lodge fir at madiwala police station and also put crime case against in cmm court. The case has transferred to cid last in march 2017 but after done all these legal things still i didn’t get anything. So tell me sir what i do to get back my money. Our systems really helping to us? Is government for us? Else it is for these kind of builder or people. Booked apartment in Samaritan project. Not confirmed about the possibility of getting apartment or refund. Paid Rs 8.85. Lakhs as advance. Given letter that refund will be made subjected project is not launched.
