Drishti — failed atm transaction

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that i made a transaction on 09.08.2017 of rs.10000/- from hdfc atm, maqbool alam road, orderly bazar, varanasi (Atm id-s1anvr45) at 15:35, the saving account is of indian overseas bank cantt branch. The said transaction was successful and my account was debited, but the cash was not despensed and hence i did not collect the cash.

We lodged complaint with h. D. F. C bank

Complaint id[protected]

But the charge back has been rejected a number of times.


I had words with the hdfc bank, maqbool alam road branch, where after checking cc tv camera footage they assured that the cash was not despensed.

So in good faith i kindly request you to raise the charge back again and request hdfc bank to respond after checking the cctv camera footage. Their headoffice is not taking any intrest and simply rejecting our complaint made via indian overseas bank cantt branch.
Inspite of making repeated complaints both at h. D. F. C bank and indian oversees bank no hint has been given to our case.


Its been almost 4 months since the transaction. Sir please help me.

We have already contacted to our card issuing bank and complaint was lodged from there but no cooperation is being provided from the hdfc bank whoose atm card machine was used for the transaction.

Sir please provide me with the email id
Contact number and other details regarding the person concerned and guide me in drafting my complaint towards the concerned person of hdfc bank.

And i am also forwarding you the the mail footage which was sent by card issuing bank to the bank whoose atm was used for transaction and it was not successfull

6 months have passed but no cooperation is being provided by hdfc bank in returning my lost money .
Branch near my home place has shoen me cc t.v footage in which it can be seen clearly that money was not dispensed but the head office of HDFC bank is rejecting our compaint lodged by card issuing bank, while at the lower level in the branch of HDFC bank near my residence has shown me the footage and confirmed it to me that money was not dispensed
