Drivezy — amount debited from my account but not refunded | |||
I have done an online payment transaction for rs. 4298/- using my credit card on 30/10/2019 (Date) through using payment mode (Amazon pay). The purpose of the transaction was to make repayment for my booking pnr [protected] . The transaction fail and amount was debited from my bank account on the same date. However, i have now been informed that the same has not been credited to the account of the beneficiary. Jithin, but he is so irresponsible. He has promised me that i will get resolution but nothing worked out. I wants to escalate this above issue...
