Ds-Max Properties — Cancellation of my Flat and closing the loan

Hi Team,

I have been having extremely hard time with DS Max since last year April.
I bought a new flat 031 Stavam in Feb. Due to lot of layoffs my Sister n brother in law lost their Job. We bought this together thinking we 3 will manage the EMI. With the job lost situation I met Anurag DS Max employee and Central Bank of India manager Manoj and explained my situation.
Anurag gave me the option and he said he will tc of my concern. My Loan was also blocked by him to the bank stating they will clear the loan so no release of funds needed.
I followed up with Anurag almost every week and there was a huge delay from his side in responding. Every time he has told me he will clear this month next month etc. ( I have all the messages with me, if needed)
Jan 2023 when anurag stopped responding to anything I visited DS Max office and was told he was fired.
CRM team got Mr Ayaz Pasha as his replacement, again Pasha asked me to send an email for cancellation as seems Anurag didn't inform anyone.
On 26 Jan i sent cancellation email and till date no action.
22nd March again i visited and this time 3rd person called Ranjith came out and said he doesn't know what Ayaz has done and he took again request for cancellation.
Till now I'm waiting and they are not even responding to my emails.

I beg you team please help cancel my flat asap and clear the bank loan. Please.
I am under tremendous pressure and stress. Please help.
