Ds-Max Properties — Horrible construction quality

We are the unfortunate owners of one of the flats in DS max Stonescape.
Following are the problems we are facing:
1. The terrace is full of cracks
2. The walls are full of cracks.
3. The bathroom doors are rotting

This is a project which has been approved by SBI and OC/CC approved and RERA approved.

Housing in Bangalore is a fraud. One never knows which builder is genuine and which one is a fake. Buying a residential home is not a luxury, but a basic necessity.

Builders mint money on this weak spot of the common hapless people.

We moved into a newly constructed flat in DS max Stonescape. In a week, our dream home has become a hellhole for us.
The other flatowners are facing the same problems. Water seepage problem is rampant. Bathroom doors are rotting in a span of 1week.
Horrible construction quality.
Action should be taken against such unscrupulous builders who are cheating common people of their hard earned money. Where is the justice?
These cheaters are unrepentant and shamelessly giving us temporary solutions. Please give us a solution. The builders are not replacing the bathroom doors and are asking for maintenance money when there are no services delivered by the builder. DS max is a fraud builder.
