Dear sir
My bike hyusong aqula GV 250 model oct 2014
They having sooo many problem in now days but that indian City Agra U.P Service station will not doing needful thing and they workers are also not finding that problem why my bike got missing till 1 month i having soomany probles
And there workers are not fix my problem they said that proble he repaired they said that problem they repaird but still my bike problem is still not fixed
My bike problem is that they having missing at stating or when i am jn traffic jam they not pick fave like bike

I was cleaing my injector
I was changed my sparkplug
I was having new service in 1 month
But still my problem is not solve.
So please give need full to me take action on serious proiriti

    I placed an order for parts to be shipped from Korea to Australia. I immediately received an email confirming my order and that the payment had been made. 2 weeks later part of my order arrived but half was missing. I made 5 attempts over the following month trying to follow up and see where the other parts were. I got one response asking to send photos of what was missing (how can you send a photo of something you don't have). I sent my order invoice and proof of payment only to have all further inquiries ignored.

      It's been a month they haven't provided me the registration number for my bike and at the time of purchase they told I need to pay Rs.2000 for RTO clearance.. Then a week later that asked for Rs.2500 saying that prices are revised and I paid thay.. And now they are again asking for more money saying that RTO rates are again revised and I need to pay or they won't be able to provide me registration number

        I own a hyosung gt250 the thing is I have replaced the ecu because the old was not working .. Again after replacing the other one i still got the same problem I want company to replace this ecu for free or do something needfulll please do not make customers regret buying this bike as parts as so costly n not upto the mark of satisfaction as other 250cc bikes do .. So plz do the needful

          I wrote my problems here against the service provided for Hyosung Bikes and Reliancegeneral Insurance Policy.
          I registered a complaint against Reliancegeneral Insurance . Also registered a complaint against Hyosung bikes.

          My Hyosung Aquila 250 (Vehicle No. KA-03-HX-2820)met with an accident last month.It is lying in Chennai Hysoung dealers garage for the past one month. Chennai dealers are claiming that no spare parts are available with them. I paid 3 lacs 43 thousand for this vehicle and lying with one of your dealers for the past 1 month. Did I made a mistake buying this vehicle. Yesterday I called DSKHyosung Pune ([protected]) to register a complain but response is not satisfactory.

          The mail chain has the details of the insurance company suggested by Hyosung while the time of purchase.I am not sure how much genuine that insurance company is.when I tried to claim the insurance, this company has derived a formula claiming that I will get nil amount. Please don't recommend these insurance company to your new customers.

          To IRDA,

          I have a insurance policy(Policy No. [protected] Vehicle No. KA-03-HX-2820 ) for my two wheeler with Reliance general . One month before met with an accident and my bike was put in the hyosung service center, chennai. when I tried to claim the insurance, this company has derived a formula claiming that I will get nil amount. I have forwarded the mail chain.

          1) I am interested to know the purpose of insurance because after accident no money is given by the insurance company.

          2) Quotation given by this person will be confirmed only after getting the vehicle repaired. I suspect that the quotation given is undervalued.

          3) Should I take it to consumer court to proceed legal action against the insurance company to get remedy.

            Sir,
            As per my belif i am extremely dissappointed to over the R.T.O. registration issues over your dealership at kolhapur. I am your customer from last september since i had bought a GT250R sportsbike from your dealership at kolhapur, since then i have been facing a problem with registering my bike with sangli rto authorities for almost a year now, as i had paid Rs-15000/- for a vip registration plate along with Rs-38000/- for regular registration taxes aswell at the same time i got the bike deliverd last september i am unable to receive the proper documentation part from the showroom as i visited the rto authorities n number of times to get my bike registerd there was a complaint from the rto authorities that no proper documentation part was being produced from the company n showroom officials. resulting in non registration of my vehicle till date as well as the rto authorities have imposed a fine of 2% per month on the paid tax of the vehicle which i will have to bear on myself amounting to Rs - 8000/-, as well as no insurance has been renewed since its expiry last month as i do not have the registration papers with me till date failing to which any responsibityof any damage caused to the vehicle will be solely your responsibility, as i have filed a complaint with consumer forum & court against these misconduct i hope you people will be learning a good lesson from the judiciarys decesion. also i will be publicly publishing about your third class servicess to the hyosung customers in local newspapers through out sangli satara pune mumbai & its neighbouring districts n will personally take care that nobody buys these vehicles from your dealerships, as i want you to realise that customers buying such pricey vehicles are not any everyday walkin customers to whom you people treat in such a lousy manner. also i, ll be taking care that all the fines and charges which i will be imposed by registering authorities till date will be recovered by me from your dealerships at any cost otherwise & then too i am sending the vehicle back to your showroom at kolhapur in couple of days for sure.

              I might be the First buyer of Hyosung's Aquila GV 250 in INDIA. UNFORTUNATELY I am among the first buyers of this useless machine, which people at DSK HYOSUNG call a SUPER BIKE and it's been 11 months, since I purchased this bike on 14th Feb 2014 I paid for it and on 18th Feb 204 I got the delivery. I started getting issues with my "motorcycle" in July (5 months after purchase). In August I was asked to change the Front brakes. And after one week of Changing it I was asked to change the REAR one's ( I did not pay for that as it was company's fault and they changed it after I had many arguments with them). But right After that I started to get issues with Starting the bike. First excuse from Hyosung was that bike did not start because there was no FUEL in the bike. I thought it might be possible so I did not take any action and asked them to fix issue, which was fixed at first. After 2 weeks of that I got the same issue once again - this time bike's fuel tank was half filled. That time they told me that there was an issue with RR unit with bike so you changed it, no charges this time except Transportation charge 250Rs.. After 1 month got same issue, this time you guys told me it was because of BATTERY malfunction... OHK!!After 2 months Same Issue, this time I was told that the CLUSTER or Wiring has some issue!!! Still not fixed, and last week again was broke down at a remote place at 11 in the night. The bike is at service center - I had to get it toed. (The Toe Truck drivers from RSA now knows me personally as I have toed it 4 TIMES FOR SAME FREAKING ISSUE)... This is one MAJOR ISSUE...

              Now another issue:: I again had HEATED arguments for this issuewith a guy named Nikhil at DSK Hyosung Pune.

              The new issue was Chain Sockets, I was told that I ride the bike very rough - 100-120 KMPH!! That's why my chain sockets are wrecked.. I called this guy at Hyosung pune - Nikhil Sadanand, he said I don't maintain my bike and because of that this thing happened...==>
              To answer this, I show him the Service report -> Services are meant to be done on fixed KM and I got 4 Services done in time of 3.. 1st at 700 KM, 2nd at around 2500KM, 3rd at around 6000KM and 4th at around 9000KM... The service guys can confirm that for me.==> This didn't workout in my case so he told me that You Don't Lube your Bike!! The technician told him that customer's bike is always lubed and he takes care of that all the time..

              So as I was not in mistake, this guy told me that IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY after having Half an hour of conversation where he tried to prove that it was my mistake but when he understood that these tricks won't work on me and I have taken care of a costly vehicle and changed the topic by telling me that YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THIS, that really freaked me out... I told him that I will go legally then he replied that we have EVIDENCE as you don't want to pay for this you want us to do it... Why should I pay for something that isn't my fault... It is your LOW QUALITY Product and you got to fix it.

              ISSUE #3... Breaks
              "This is UNDER R&D", that is what I am hearing since DAY 1 of Purchase... Bajaj, Hero & Honda launches many vehicles in 11 months period... and these highly educated people are not able to find out a solution for 11 months.Issue

              #4... CHROME

              Shiny chrome in new bike?? These guys have made an excellent material which looks like chrome but it is a Fiber / PLASTIC which has been melted in my bike.

              I have mailed them once with the same text about all these issue on Friday - 30th Jan 2015, but it's day 3 and I have no reply. I mailed them asking "I am really looking forward to a response from some Higher Authority, who can confirm the R&D thing and I would also like to talk to someone responsible. If you can't fix my bike, Give ME REFUND"...

              I have spent following amount on this bike since Feb 2014:: Motorcycle worth 3.5 Lac Rs. + 20000 for Free flow exhaust + 7000 for Breaks + some 900 for Clutch wire (Low Quality but I had to pay for this) + 10000 for SERVICE...

              I can also provide all the Service bill (4000 Rs. per service) and Bill for Brake, Cluth wire, exhaust etc. Also 250Rs. for Transportation and some other things.

              Regarding KA 03 HX 2820 After so much mails I got 1000 Rs from reliance Insurance a fraud insurance company.I paid insurance amount 7000 Rs last year and 5000 Rs this year.After accident 1000 /- Rs settlement.I did not understand the purpose of insurance. Hyosung and Reliance Insurance company having tieup and are involved in this cheating
