Hi,

I have planned to purchase HERO HF DELUXE but your one of the branches says me the amount with the some hidden charges (Nagappa Motors Chennai branch). Kindly provide me the proper charges for above mentioned model in HERO brand. Otherwise i will go with the other brand.

            I have never seen any worst service like this in entire life. Service engineers do not show respect to the customers. For me no proper resolution has been provided. The service was very bad. Someone from the management level has to take action.

              मेरा नाम कपिल मेने हीरो डुएट 25/9/17 को u. P. Automobile, haridwar से ली । लेते ही पहले हफ्ते स्कूटी में जॉइंट में ऑयलिंग न होने से आवाज की प्रॉब्लम फिर रियर शॉकर की प्रॉब्लम ।वो वर्कशॉप में 3 बार चक्कर काट के ठीक करवाई । अब पहली सर्विस करवाई तो इंजिन से अलग सी आवाज आ रही है जिसे वर्कशॉप में 2 अलग से चक्कर काट के भी ठीक नही हुई अब तक । तो नई स्कूटी ले के 2 महीने में 4 चक्कर क्या ये है हीरो की नई सोच ।

                I have bought new Duet in Naggappa perambur branch just 2 months only gone. my bike not starting i went service centre i have complaint about it . They asked three days for sort out that problem i said ok . after three days i delivered my vechicle after just one hour i got same problem .now they are asking 15days time without bike i can not go my office . i fedup fully . very worst people they are flerting customers.

                  NAGAPPA AUTO has done it yet again, In the last 4 years, I have changed two Engine Bores.I was literally dragged to go out of warranty each time and spent almost amount equivalent to new bike.Now for the second time, i was told that the Engine Bore cannot be changed since it went out of warranty. I have decided to DONATE the bike to NAGAPPA.[protected]

                    The Nagappa Autos in Anna nagar is providing fake offers. they said they cant reduce even a penny fromt he vehicle cost so they would give me offer of 1400 from the Accessories which are of cost 2000, i just have to pay around 500 only, but these cheaters used my credit card with (the permission) and booked it in snapdeal and used the offer of free insurance of the amount of 1400 and they used the same money i gave to then to give me the accessories of 1500. This is a very bad attitude of the people at nagappa autos Anna nagar hope they think no one knows about online sites and offers and i dont know how many of them they cheated like this saying giving offer of 1500, using the snapdeal offer. Kindly get away from them. its better you get it from the snapdeal by yourself and take anywhere near your home dealer and they would give you proper offer. Thanks RC

                    The Hero Motors received my complaints on the above and they spoke with Nagappa Autos and they have solved the issue and Nagappa Auto was kind enough to provide me the snapdeal offer and also a offer of Rs7.50 Cash from there end.Thanks.                       Sir, I V. RAMESH GUJJAR, residing at 2, SSR PANKAJAM MAIN ROAD, BF - 5 1ST FLOOR, MILLINEUM ENCLAVE, SALIGRAMAM, CHENNAI - 600093, have purchased new vehicle Hero Honda Passion Pro on 10th December,2011 from Nagappa Auto, Muthu Alagu Tower, B 25 - IInd Avenue, Anna Nagar East, CHENNAI - 600102 with Engine No.HA 10EDBGL26746 - Chasis No. MBLHA10EWBGL70525 and have taken delivery of the said vehicle on 14th December 2011 after completing the registration formalities bearing the Reg. No. TN 10 AE 5970. On 15th morning I tried to start my vehicle but could not start it by kicker and used the choke to start the engine, so I took the vehicle back to the co. regarding the starting complaint. After hearing my complaint one Mr. Jacob service person attended to it and he just tuned the vehicle and said due to the brake being tight he adjusted them. but I had the same problem continuously unable to start the vehicle and somehow I managed to start and drive the vehicle. While on drive I used to find jerks in the vehicle and the engine would get off and I used the power start to start the engine again, somehow I managed to drive the vehile in the same manner till 22nd December 2011 taking undue risk, but on 23rd December 2011 I took the vehile from my home to office at parrys corner and on return I had severe problem with the vehicle giving several jerks and engine getting offed. In the afternoon I called the Nagappa Auto and was connected to service department and I spoke to one Mr. Lingeswaran told him about the complaint and soon he made arrangement with the mechanic from H M Motors, Valsaravakkam, The mechanic Mr.Tamilselvan came to my residence and took notice of the fault that water was stagnant into the carburator and he immediately released the water from the carburator and he cleaned and started the vehicle and said the above mentioned problem was due to the water being into the carburator. Today I took the vehicle to Nagappa Auto for complaint, but the staff from the sales manager and service persons were not accepting my complaint and were giving me some blame excuses stating the pertol station where I filled up the petrol would have been mixed up with water and hence we are not responsible for this. Hence I requested the service person to come with me in person to the petrol pump to check with quality of petrol from that particular pump but he refused to come. Later after some arguments they agreed to clean the petrol tank and the carburator and collect the vehicle in the evening. After service I went to take delivery of the vehicle in the evening and was not satisfied with the work done and again I requested the to look properly once again but they refused to it. Immediately I met the sales manager Mr. Murugan(hope his name is correct) and said about it. He started to give vague reply to me that the company is not responsible towards it and stated that there no gurantee of the vehicle and human being. Once sold it is not our responsible towards service and shouted stating to meet the service manager Mr.Jaysuresh on the second floor. I met service manager Mr.Jaysuresh and told him about the trouble and the water content in the carburator. He obliged to me and took the vehicle and attended up the fault and said he was very sorry towards this. I didnt expect this type of treatment from the company. Now the main reason to draft the detailed letter to you is that if I find problem being engine getting seized the company should be responsible towards this and again it should not be the bad remark towards a customer and vehicle has to replaced to me with a new vehicle.

                      I have i smart bike feb2017 model. He does not given proper milage.
                      I chack in pathankot agency .he did not give satisfied responce me.so I very felt this behavior for me. That's behavioral is vry bad not any thing confirm. So very very bad.

                        pl do not give free services for new bikes at nagappa show room, they are changing batteries new tubes,
                        6 months befor i gave a complain on back wheel allingment......Nagappa Auto persons have changed my Back wheel New Tube and replaced with a older one, i came to know this only when my back tyre got punctured,

                          I got my Hero Honda Bike (Ambition)No.TN10E 6388, at Nagappa Auto vide Cash bill dated 18/nov/2011, serviced. At the time of taking delivery I observed and informed the Mechanic (Sunder) that the indicators are not working. In reply he said it will be alright once I started riding the bike for few minitues. Believing Icame out of the workshop. After riding an hour, still the indicators/ horn etc did not work. Then,suspecting battery I opened the bike and observed there was no batterey at all.
                          Assuming there may be a mistake on the part of Mechanic, I called the workshop, to my surprise , the mechanic refused to talk to me. The bill counter lady was also rude to me.
                          Please let me know what to do ? I can not visit the workshop again at least for a month for the health reasons.Can I get back the lost batterey.

                            On Dec 3rd 2009, I was given my super splendor bike for service in Nagappa Hero Honda Service Center in Chennai. They broken my side cover lock. I didn't absorve that while taking the bike from service center.

                            Last week i approached the service center. But they didn't answered me properply. So please take necessary steps to get back the compensation.

                            i have bougt splender + bike last month. i have absorbed problem in backwheel (wobbling) comming. and fuel meter is having some crack in the panel while taking the bike from showroom.they told while service we will do it.
                            i informed this issue while i gave 1st service on 22/10/11 but the problem not solved. when i approached your supervisor he did not respond properly.
                            this is your quality service. idont know how your quality team passed this vechile. because since it is serious issue of wheel on road. and also after i told i will take my bike they are telling u have to come after one week. can i drive the vechile with the allignment problem of wheel.

                            can your people know the quallity of service. tell them how customer should be satified. and keep experienced person there.

                            i want you solve this problem. since i am unable to ride my vechile with is problem

                            I have never seen a worst customer service like this still now, this is my third bike which I am getting for my brother, upon this I can tell you never every got to Nagappa Auto Authorised Hero Honda Dealer to bye a bike instead get u r new bike from a small dealer with the good responds
                            A worker named (Joseph) is one the example for that. A Very gooood service =... :)
