With reference to my earlier email dated 23 may 2015 you have not replied neither contacted me over phone which goes on to see your customer care. Its the worst customer service i have seen ever in my life. The arrogance goes to see that even the email goes unattended for so long. Your call centre no[protected], 40329819 at kolkatta goes unattended even after repeated calls on several days . Your call centre no at guwahati [protected] was switched off and [protected] was invalid no. When we tried to get the other a lady picked up the phone and said to call another no [protected] when we called this no they gave us a complain no.[protected] and a cell no. [protected] one of Mr. Sahit. When I called Mr.Sahit he told me that you once again give the consignment no and I shall call you within 1 hour. That one hour never came. When I called him after 1.20 mins at first he did not receive the call . after several call i found the cell was in waiting mode as he was talking to someone and he also got a missed call notification from me . but Mr.Sahit never bothered to call me and I left him a message saying that you need not call just give me your corporate office cell/email address but too he did not respond.
I am surprised with the level of disgusting customer service you have and also the level of arrogancy your staff are showing as till date they have not called back to let us know the status of the consignment nor they reply correctly about the correct status of the consignment and why not if an email goes unattended than they are enjoing free hand in doing these .
Hope this time this mail is responded.

SIR, WE HAVE SENT THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONSIGNMENT THROUGH YOUR COURIER ON 13/05/2015 BUT TILL TODAY THE CONSIGNMENT HAS NOT REACHED OUR GIVEN ADDRESS.
WE HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN OVER PHONE BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE AT KOLKATTA IS ONE OF THE WORST THAT WE HAVE EVER FOUND. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE CONSIGNMENT AND ABOVE THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SO WE HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO LODGE THE COMPLAIN ONLINE AND IF THE CONSIGNMENT DOES NOT REACH BY TODAY EVENING WE ARE GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST YOUR HOPELESS SERVICE TO CONSUMER FORUM AS LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY HAS GONE IN CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE AND THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE THAT THEY NEVER EVER CALL BACK WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION.
