I booked my package from Bangalore on 29/11/15. My consignment reached Kanwali Road Dehradun office on 3rd Feb. But these guys did not deliver till 4th feb evening.
I called main branch on 4th, they gave me mobile no [protected] of Kanwali Road Branch. So I called them and they told that they are not able to deliver because their delivery boy is on leave. That time one girl picked the call and she promised me that she will check with franchise owner and will give me a call back in 15 min but till 5th evening I did not get any call. So I called them back and asked about the status about my consignment and they told that delivery boy is on way and it will get delivered but when I asked the deliver boy mobile no they told DTDC delivery do not keep mobile and cut my call. When I called again first they keep on cut my call and then they switched off their mobile. Around 6pm I called them again and the franchise owner (Deepak Sharma) picked the call and used abusive word for my mother and threatened me that he will throw my package. After that I sent my friend to DTDC office to check the status and when he reached there that franchise owner still keep on abusing my friend. And most importantly my package was still there. The whole evening he was lying to me that delivery boy is on the way. I never expect such a bad service from DTDC. Even after 8 days it was not delivered. I want DTDC to take some action against Deepak Sharma owner of Kanwali Road DTDC branch.
