DTDC — Complaint for non deliverance of courier | |||
I have courired a smartwatch through DTDC courier service on 4th march 2015 from MUMBAI Chakala office to Noida. The tracking id is (consignment number) V21856653. I am checking from 4th march to till date but the tracker on DTDC website always shows INTRANSIT status of the courier. It shows that it has reached NOIDA branch on 6th march 2015 at 4AM. But it has not been delivered yet. I am trying to contact DTDC customer service from then but there is no reponse from their side. I called there number 33004444. The girl who picked took my complaint and i was given a number "00108917". But still that has not processsed further. I have tried calling all the numbers on DTDC branch in NOIDA but none of the phone is available. The girl who talked to me on phone on 3300444 gave me two number and told me that these number was of managers of noida branch which are as follows "Mr, Mahendra [protected]" & "Mr. Ravindra [protected]" . The first number was wrong number and second was switched off. This is total harrasment by your organisation. I have been trying to contact you customer care services from many medium now and getting no results. Please look into the matter. That was a very valuable thing I trusted with your organisation.
