DTDC — consignment M17969344 misplaced

This complaint is regarding me consignment M17969344. The status of the consignment is showing delivered. However I have yet not received my parcel. I have been misguided by one of your employee at sarojini nagar having no. [protected]. 1. He told he has wrongly updated the status delivered on the portal. 2. He said the parcel is with INA franchises. AS a proof i have every call recorded. Please look into the matter else I will go to the higher authority for it.
