I booked an article on 13.09.2019 vide consignment no. Z15361169 from office located at civil court opposite sbi, main branch, varanasi up. The update on website indicates the status on 24.09.2019 that article could not be delivered due to incorrect/wrong address but the cusomersupport has reported by email that the article is delivered and the case is closed. I am confused about the real fate of my article.

ANY HOW TODAY REQUIRE MY PARCEL, ITS URGENT.
I done my courier with dtdc to Bangalore, but it is not delivered till yet. 10 days passed. Where is my courier. Still no update was there on dtdc portal, last update was on 19 sept 2019.
Kindly help, it contains important documents.
