[Resolved]  DTDC — Consignment not delivered more than 3 weeks over

My consignment no. : D20476631 is not yet delivered to destination place. I have sent it on 22/12/2014 and today is 02/01/2015, till now there is no update on when package will be delivered. DTDC has a very bad service, They took money for delivery within 3 days and now its more than 3 weeks. Even there customer care persons are not responding properly, instead of they following up on package, they are asking me to note down diffrent numbers and I had to call them and ask for status. This is ridiculous, its there responsibility to track the order and deliver it on time, for which they have taken enough money. _ Regards, Praveen Kumar Sah [protected]
