Dear Sir I have booked a parcel from Verna Goa to Kolkata through DTDC Blue Vide Consignment No. V 20409765 dated 06/01/2015.But as per tracking the consignment showing Mumbai apex and still it is not received. I also mail to your DTDC Customer Care office but no response received.
