Hi,
It’s been 25 days since the parcel(consignment number : D[protected] is missing which is sent from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Case# 01343924 is also raised on 4th Jan 2016. Got a reply on 18th Jan 2016 “We are really sorry for the inconvenience kindly wait till tomorrow we will share the DRS copy” after 14 days of writing to you customer care. And after that nothing.
Tried coordinating with local hub (Madiwala, Bangalore ) and delivery center(Bommanahalli, Bangalore). And that is a pure wastage of time as according to them, they don’t know what happened to the parcel.
Tried calling to customer care and I think you are aware of that your customer care phone numbers are not working.
What’s wrong with DTDC service? You people don’t even reply to mails?? Don’t lift the calls?? I have never seen such pathetic service form such a reputed company. Was this information helpful? |
