Tracking nos - z88427660 please check from last 18 may status is showing the same and when i called this nos the guy who picked courier from me contactnos - [protected]
He told me on 20 may that something misprint in your parcel so he came to me on 21st and again he has written everythinh where is to be send
Again i have checked the status then i called him he said the courier boy went to your office but they denied to recieve
He always told me false statement
Then on 23rd again i called me whats the status please gimme my documents
He said your parcel will come in some days, there is some issue
I said ok but gimme before 25 and again on 25 i called him still he said once i will recv then i will handover u
Then i called your customer care
He conference with mr yatender
He promised me that it will deliver day before yesterday as he promised
Then yesterday i called him again he said just give me one day only but still he didnt revert me and courier didnt deliver yet
And by today when i called him, he was not at courier store
What should i do
I have booked on 16 may and today is 1 june
I m fed up from your service
Every executive gaving me false and wrong promises and statement.
Its a very important document inside the parcel
Why are you not understanding
