DTDC Courier & Cargo — about undelivered parcel

A parcel had been booked from mizoram vide booking id-k23894072. The parcel was undelivered due to my non-availability at home for one hour. When i requested to customer care no[protected] at 11:40am on 03 mar 2020 on same day, it was told that the parcel will not be redilivered again. It has to be rebooked from the sender's side. It is really a ridiculous procedure. Once the parcel is still available in receiver's location and can be re-delivered, the dtdc service is not doing so. The parcel was top-most urgent and while returning and rebooking it will take more than a week.
I am not satisfied with the service of dtdc and will share the experience with my friends and my company. I am working in apollo hospitals and will make sure that apollo will not use the dtdc service for sending any consingments.
