DTDC Courier & Cargo — Application for lost consignment

My consignment consisted of 3parcels to be delivered to kolkata. 2 parcels were delivered. But the third one was not delivered. When i filed a complaint they suddenly updated the tracking status as delivered. But the tracking path still shows it is delivered to dtdc head office, guwahati. I tried to contact them.
