Our grievance stands as follows against your delivery man.
What sort of arrogant and abusive delivery man you have sent to deliver our order this evening. Mention his name as we are going to lodge a police complain against him u/s 352 of BNS Act, 2024.
We made the complete payment and he asked to sign a document. We asked for the reason as we are having hundreds of deliveries every month and none of them had ever asked for signature. Instead of explaining in one line in a simple polite way, he became so arrogant and started abusing my education in front of the neighbour who is the witness for the complete incident and also would be thea witness before police for FIR.
