DTDC Courier & Cargo — article not reaching in given time

An item was booked vide consignment number v49361362 on 24 sep18 in urgent facility and told will reach latest by 26 evening, i agreed and paid 310/- but item not delivered even by 28 evening. My all work was spoiled because there was some project paper in that item, that has to reach in office by 28 sep18. Dtdc just spoiled my all effort, if i would aware such a careless service being render by dtdc I would never ever choose it's service. Too bad service by dtdc. Was this information helpful? My branch person from Bawal send a courier through DTDC on 19/7/18. This courier has 2 envelopes but recd. only one envelope. we call DTDC person and send one person to check at booking office but no positive response recd. Please check this. we have very important document in that.

Courier Service DTDC has sent my courier to different city when my consignment is clearly mentioned the pincode and address.
They are not responding to the mails even the office people are not helping.
