I got a call from the Courier deliver person on 1-Dec-2021 and ask me to come and collect as he has limited service/person to deliver to my area and update their tracker with wrong information as my area is in Restricted Zone.
After I complained to DTDC team, they said they will follow-up but now they mentioned (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)) and returning my parcel.
Even they didn't mentioned the concern they are giving their address to collect the parcel and not even in an requesting tone, as if we are not paying for the parcel.
It is the Worst service from DTDC i ever experience it, I am not going to utilize their service in future and recommend to my surroundings.
They can think it may be one customer, but if they didn't change the attitude, it will definitely get their service close down soon. Was this information helpful? |
