Dear customer service,
I want to bring to your notice that this is pathetic service i have recieved from dtdc.
I have booked a consignement b53932236 on 12th may which was supposed to go on 14th may from bangalore to gurugram. This has still not been recieved at destination
Today after all my patience run out i checked at the tracker, it seems it has not gone beyind domlur hub after 14th may.. There is *no* further update after that and the based part is after raising online complaint on customer care dtdc there is no response after two days. There customer care executive are always busy and mostly there phone number is out of order, some how i managed to talk to them two time but after two there is same reply from both that "we don't have detail about it, we will check about it and update you as soon as possible". Please solve this soon and the consignment is very important and urgent for me, arrange compensation for it and bring me out of this trauma.
