DTDC Courier & Cargo — awb-i02885628 no intimation on excise duty payment and consignment received in poor condition

My consignment has arrived today with customs bill which was not intimated to me at the time of payment.

Moreover the content of consignment has arrived in poor condition.
I had packed my consignment very carefully and in organised manner but when i received it, it was packed like rubbish in garbage bin.

All my clean clothes require dry cleaning now. My shoes were taken out of poly bags and dumped with clothes.

Even after paying such a huge amount, the package handling is very bad.
I am highly disappointed with the services, will not avail it in future.
Also will advise the same to my family and friends.

I have sent a parcel (box) to Mrs. Priyanka Kshirsagar, Bhopal on 6th September 2018 by DTDC courier Omkar Nagar, Nagpur, and reached to destination on 12 September But a stainless still is damaged, how this has been happened?
