Dear sir,

With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that one of my friend dispatch the cargo from delhi and its reference no is z32303963.

But still we haven't received the parcel from your end. The status showing that its delivered but i don't where its delivered. I have called to concern person and he said that i will delivered the cargo by yesterday. Later no body is picking my call and not updating the status of the shipment.

Service and handling i felt very bad on this, still im waiting for my parcel should reach before today.
