DTDC Courier & Cargo — books from icsi

Dispatched by my institute a month ago but i have not received my parcel yet and tracking status shows that my address is incomplete but i have received part of my parcel at my home! How come it is possible when my address is incomplete how can i get my part parcel? Please take any action against it and lemme give my part pending parcel asap! Such a ridiculous service you provide very disappointed tried to contact as much as i can but still not got my parcel

I got notification in icsi portal saying my books despatched on feb7th 2021 n still didnt receive my books pls do the need asap exams in 2months
