I recently shipped 1 laptop via DTDC and taken insurance on the items, Packed in a very tight manner but still when the consignment is being received by the receiver, He reported damage in the product, When asked by the courier company to provide claim on the damage, They clearly denied it and start behaving very abnormally and strangely. When asked to provide clarification they said we don't care and started misbehaving with us. Raised this concern multiple times but no response. This is the final call else i am going to file a lawful case to get my compensation.
