DTDC Courier & Cargo — cargo not delivered to the address and was asked to take delivery from dtdc parcel office | |||
A package was send from sheranpur (Up) to padmanabhapuram (Tn) for door delivery. The courier receipt number is d44909416. Today one staff from dtdc courier called me from the phone number [protected] and asked me to get delivery of his office which is away from my firm. Parcel was accepted in sheranpur for home delivery and on reaching destination dtdc staffs refusing for home delivery. Lack of service and making mental harrasment.
