DTDC Courier & Cargo — charged for early delivery and delivered the shipment very late

Shipment details : E76367577

I was charged Guaranteed speed delivery (Prime Time Premium) to deliver the shipment from Rt Nagar, Bangalore to Ayyappa society, Madhapur (Hyderabad). It was urgent document which I need to submit in Hyderabad so we opted PTP as advised by DTDC courier centre on 26th Nov 2019. They promised to deliver by within 12pm to 1pm on 27th.

Ridiculously they delivered the document by 3:30pm 27th Nov, However I needed to submit it before 2pm. After 2pm i was a normal delivery time not the PTP delivery schedule. When I asked regarding this delivery time issue with executive. He carelessly answered and said me that to raise a complaint. It was very rude behavior by the Executive.
