DTDC Courier & Cargo — Chennai to Madurai Parcel not delivered for a week even after registering complain

I have booked a parcel from Chennai to Madurai in DTDC's own booking centre in Velachery on 16th October by paying Rs330 and the consignment number is C42834637 as per the commitment from booking agent the parcel should have reached the destination either next day and max in two days but it has been a week now and I have registered a complain by calling customer care as well as calling the booking agent on Monday and immediately they changed the parcel status to "OUT for Delivery" but till now it has not yet delivered. I have attached the screen shot which I have taken at 2:48 P.M today 23rd October from DTDC website which captures the current status of the parcel
