DTDC Courier & Cargo — claim damage courier tracking number v59204534

Hi team,

We had booked courier service to transfer 2 laptops from hyderabad to mumbai on 25th july 2020 (Find the attached courier receipt) and the laptops were insured, however one laptop was received by us in a damaged condition. We would like to claim insurance for the damaged laptop and the below are the snapshots and the details for your kind perusal :
