DTDC Courier & Cargo — client receives damaged painting even after dtdc assures us to take it safely. | |||
Hello, I am filing a complaint against dtdc park street. They charged us rs. 330 in order to provide excellent customer service and gave us repeated assurances that the package won't be damaged at the least bit. However, on receiving the package, my client finds that it is damaged, it has holes due to the stapler pins, it was crushed at one side, and my client was very disappointed after receiving it. On questioning the employees of dtdc park street, they refused to take responsibility, and behaved really unprofessionally with us. They claim that the client shouldn't have received the package. However, isn't it obvious that a person won't make the delivery agent stand in front of them and open it to check if it's alright? The excuse is immature and unprofessional. They had also promised us to pack it with the exclusive premium package, but all i found was that the envelope was wrapped with sellotape. I did not expect the services to be like this. Attached along with this mail are the photos of the product that my client received. I am also providing the phone number of the branch i'm talking about.
