DTDC Courier & Cargo — complaining about the non delivery of my courier that contain rakhis.

The employees working in this organisation just tells you that we will deliver the parcel on time but that is not the case.
My consignment no. V38849599 is not yet delivered even i use the express service.
I had not seen such a bad service.
They told me that it will be delivered before 12:01 pm on 7 th august and i am still waiting. I submit on 5th august.
I am trying to know ths status from today morning and still they are showing its out for delivery.

Sent a parcel of 1.4kg weight of No. H74907848, on 29th July, under DTDC Lite Air Cargo, from Rajahmundry to Ameerpet, Hyderabad. It is not yet delivered to Ameerpet but is in Hyderabad areas like Uppal hub, Banjara hills etc. Very emergency medicines are there in it. Kindly help.

I din't my reaceve my parcel from delhi... he preomise that i will be receaving my parcel on or before friday but tody is sunday i need it very urgent waste courier service they dont even lift our phones
