DTDC Courier & Cargo — complaining about undelivered packet since 20 days

My packet has been intransit since last 17 to 18 days.. And very time i call them they say i will check.. Now they r saying i hav e ti check cctv. This will take time..

This is my 3rd time bad experience.. They are careless

This packet is important to be on time but it's 20 days and they are saying it is missing n now will take time.
This is purely carelessness

I need my packet to deliver as soon as possible
