Sir, It was my first courier experience with dtdc! I have had heard alot about it that it offers excellent services and are customer friendly! Sadly i am very disappointed with their services! I have had my packages misplaced and sent to a different address and even had many of my valuable goods broken! I am really hurt by this. I would be really grateful if my loss is compensated! We are from Benfranklin opticians we are using DTDC couriers service but we are unsatisfying with this service regularly he is delay in drooping our couriers and said every time to come to take pickup the couriers.
please take necessary action.
