I am writing this letter to formally lodge a serious complaint against DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd., regarding an ongoing issue of non-delivery of my prepaid parcel, false tracking updates, and uncooperative behavior by their customer service team.
I placed an order through a seller and the item was shipped via DTDC with the full courier charges paid in advance. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on or before 1st August 2025. However, as of today, 8th August 2025, I have still not received the parcel.
Shockingly, the DTDC tracking system has been consistently falsely updating the delivery status with remarks such as "attempted delivery" and "customer unreachable" – both of which are completely false. I confirm that no delivery agent has ever contacted me via phone or in person. I am willing to provide my official Airtel call logs (via Airtel Thanks app) as verifiable proof that no calls or contact attempts have been made by DTDC during this period.
Despite several follow-ups with DTDC’s customer support, I have received no genuine assistance. Instead, I was even told that I am not permitted to pick up the parcel myself, despite my willingness to do so. This has caused mental distress and severe inconvenience, as the parcel contained items meant for personal events — including my birthday on 2nd August, and now my fiancé’s birthday on 8th August — both of which have passed without the parcel being delivered.
This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about DTDC’s integrity, accountability, and service standards.
I respectfully request the intervention of your esteemed office to:
Investigate the matter thoroughly.
Hold DTDC accountable for false delivery remarks and failure to provide service.
Direct DTDC to immediately deliver the parcel or issue an official explanation.
Take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is not repeated with other consumers.
