DTDC Courier & Cargo — Complaint against DTDC courier service

Myself yusuf khan i posted an emergency courier to pune. He (Ashwini kumar) the dtdc guy told me it will be delivered within 10 days and now its more than 3 months and the courier is still not delivered.
I even went to pune dtdc office but they didn't respond me anything about it.

Very hopeless commitments of DTDC, avoid using it as their customer service people not picking call even after 10 mins waiting on hold 3 times in a day, and no true commitments on delivery
