I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by DTDC Courier. I recently availed of their services to send an urgent consignment with the consignment number [consignment number] on 2nd June 2023. The delivery was expected to reach its destination by 5th June 2023, and I paid an additional fee of INR 380 for the urgent delivery service.
However, to my dismay, the consignment has not reached its destination as of today, and what adds to my frustration is the fact that the tracking details are not being displayed on their website. I have been diligently checking the tracking status, but there is no information available, making it impossible for me to track the progress of my consignment. This lack of transparency is highly unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of the delivery and the additional fee I paid.
I rely on DTDC Courier for its reputed and reliable services, but this experience has disappointed me greatly. As a customer, I expect prompt and accurate updates regarding the whereabouts of my consignment, especially when I have paid for an urgent delivery service. The non-availability of tracking details on their website not only hampers my ability to monitor the progress of my package but also raises concerns about its safety and timely delivery.
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint within 48 hours.
