I am writing this email out of sheer frustration, anger, and utter disappointment. It has now been over 20 days since I placed a shipment with DTDC, and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have made repeated follow-ups — 5 to 10 calls — and every time, I’m either given vague responses or false promises. Absolutely nothing has been done. This level of negligence and indifference is appalling. To make matters worse, I’m now being told that my areais “non-deliverable” — a claim that is completely unacceptable and contradicts my past experience, as I have received several deliveries to this exact same address in the past without any issue. If the area was indeed not serviceable, why was I allowed to proceed with the booking in the first place? Why was there no warning or restriction at the time of placing the order? The team’s lack of communication, lack of accountability, and complete failure to escalate or resolve this issue is simply unacceptable. This was a time-sensitive shipment — I had explicitly informed the team that — and now, due to this inexcusable delay, the shipment has lost all value. The damage is done. I have lost time, missed a critical deadline, and wasted enormous effort trying to get a basic delivery fulfilled. Frankly, I feel cheated.
