DTDC Courier & Cargo — computer accessories delivered at wrong place and address

We had send a parcel to kochi but it has been delivered at wrong place and address. The docket number was : z52545246.

The product was supposed to be delivered at kochi but unfortunately it has been delivered at dehradun. I don't know why this happened.
